Experience Who You Are – An Easy Meditation For Everyone

Meditation

Prepare for a deep experience by following these easy steps

1. Sit in an upright position, allow your muscles to relax, and adjust your head: feel as if a thread is connecting your crown chakra with the highest point in heaven, and relax into TRUST.

2. Just ENJOY your breathing – forget about ‚right’ or ‚wrong’ breathing. Your breath is always right.

3. ENJOY breathing so much that you feel playful enough to just experiment with your breaths: try out how it feels when you take deep, deep and strong breaths first,  and then try breaths which tenderly stroke your nostrils and lungs inside, feel the ease of a smooth, tender and soft breathing. Find out which way of breathing gives you the most pleasure, comfort and peace.  Then stay that way and keep it going by itself. Finally, forget about breathing.

4. ACCEPT all your THOUGHTS that may cross your mind – they may or may not be alright – you just accept them by simply saying YES  to each one of them. There are no good or bad thoughts – they are all the same – namely thoughts you wish to bring back to the SOURCE OF CREATION in order to have them transformed into DIVINE LIGHT. So gently say YES and pass them on to SOURCE  with your gentle and clear intention. Never stress yourself, be tender and gentle as a good mother would be to her child.

Then do the same with all FEELINGS of which you think they disturb you, or do not belong to you, or maybe they even frighten or upset you: breathe into the feelings, give them lots of space – a whole universe if necessary – and let them dissolve into divine SOURCE by simply using your clear intent: „I give you back to divine SOURCE“. Time will disappear as you are practicing this.

Relax into remembering:

EVERYTHING THAT IS NEEDED FOR MY HEALING WILL BE DONE FOR ME

5. FEEL  WHO  YOU  ARE – Now as you are breathing joyously in exactly the easiest way for you, accepting yourself completely,  you may be ready to feel more deeply inside you. Your attention now opens up to the level of your body cells. Just  attune to your body cells by pure intention – feel them, feel the resonance to them. If there are certain parts of your body which call for special attention – go there, breathe lovingly into these cells, and GIVE THANKS. Whatever you feel – whether you like it or not – JUST BE GRATEFUL. Do not even try to understand anything. Give your mind a rest. YES, THANK YOU – this is the most powerful key.

When you feel you can let yourself sink more deeply inside yourself – into the level of molecules and atoms, just let it happen by your intent: Attune to the level of atoms – imagine the vast distances between the electrons and the atomic nucleus. Your consciousness will enter into resonance with this level  of existence. ENJOY –  BE –  FEEL  how that feels. When there are no more changes in your

INFINITE  DEEP  FEELING – YOU ARE THERE:  THIS IS WHO YOU ARE.

FEEL IT  – ENJOY – there are no words, no thoughts – nothing is separate. Floating in this experience – all is well.   This is your personal experience of limitless  LOVE.

6. Stay in this experience of LOVE and thoughtlessness as long as you wish.

From this deep level of existence you are able to heal any situation, problem, relationship, lack or confusion. You just put all your impressions and concepts of the problem – interpretations, opinions, feelings, possible outcomes etc that may have troubled your mind and emotions –  on this stage of your inner experience of  „LOVE  IS WHO  I  AM“. Then slowly go to the next step:

7. If there are people involved in your problem or situation, you may invite them all into your inside experience. Imagine how they step into your space and offer them a seat in front of you – in a half circle if there are many.

Now you start a profound and effective process by slowly saying or thinking ->

  • I  AM   LOVE

  • YOU  ARE  LOVE

  • WE  ARE  ONE

Repeat these 3 statements slowly, gently, tenderly until you feel them. Best results will come about when you look in the eyes of  one person while saying these words, and repeat them, until you feel what you are saying.

Then pass on to the next person in your (imagined) half circle, and so on, until every person has been honored this way.

8. When you end your meditation

GIVE THANKS TO YOURSELF AND ALL THERE IS

9.  Repeat this experience as often as possible – you will like it.
